General Description of Duties of Board Positions:

Duties of Membership Directors

• Coordinate player placement and team needs during the season.
• Organize player clinics to assess new players.
• Coordinate Fall Ball participation.
• Oversee recruitment in collaboration with Events Coordinator and Business Development Director.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Joint Executive Committee.
  

Duties of Open Division and WNT Division Commissioners

• Lead division meetings and coordinate activities.
• Oversee budget development and official communications.
• Appoint committee chairs and enforce rules.
• Act in emergencies pending JEC ratification.
• Serve as ex-officio on all committees.
• Act as League President when applicable.
• Oversee ASANA and iPS responsibilities or appoint a delegate.
  

Duties of Open Division and WNT Division Assistant Commissioners

• Support Commissioners and other officers.
• Represent divisions at meetings and events.
• Assume Commissioner duties if that office is vacated.
  

Duties of Open Division Secretary and WNT Division Secretary

• Maintain Bylaws and League documents.
• Record and distribute minutes of all meetings.
• Notify members of events and deadlines.
• Maintain team rosters and contact info.
• Manage internal and external correspondence.
• Serve as League Secretary when applicable.
